Dear “S to S":
I want to thank you and your technician for unplugging our toilet drain on the lower level of our house. The reason I had you come out was that we had a sort of “brainstorming” on the telephone to try and figure out the problem even before you plumber came out. All the other outfits I called said they would come out, charge $60 or $70, then give a estimate of how much it would cost to solve the problem. Your bedside (or toiletside) manner was much more pleasing to me. Your plumber was having some problems getting the snake down the drain because of the sharp bend in the pipe, but he persisted until he made it through. Terrific job! I had the toilet installed and running in less than 20 minutes. All the kids we take care of were very happy to see everything back in order.
